Summer School 2023 – Dresden

Cecília Roque made a lecture entitled “Protein-Based Materials: Bioinspired Systems for unsual applications” at Biological Making of Materials: Summer School 2023 (11-15th September) organized by DIGS-BB. Cátia Soares, a PhD student in our lab participated in the summer school. It was a great opportunity to met experts and other young scientists in the Biomaterials field.

PhD Viva – Rita Oliveira

Younger Investigator Award – Gonçalo Teixeira

In Affinity2023, held in Lisbon in 5-7th June 2023, Gonçalo Teixeira, PhD student in Bioengineering from the MIT-Portugal, was awarded with the Younger Investigator Award for best oral presentation.
